My commissions are by default for personal use only, but I allow commercial use with an extra fee of 100-150% of the base price depending on the circumstances.I do not allow the use of my art for any NFT or AI purposes.My commissions are non-refundable unless I'm unable to finish the commission.I keep all the rights to my artwork. You may post my art to social media, but please credit me properly. If I put in a signature, please do not remove it.I may use commissioned artwork as portfolio (uploading to social media and such), unless you ticked the private commission extra option (can also tell me later).I do not accept my art being used for anything that promotes hate.I may refuse service to anyone at any point if I feel uncomfortable.

I do not accept refunds. Buying my adopt means you're serious about it. I suggest reselling instead.Trading/Reselling
Trading or selling my adopts are completely fine, but you may not sell it in a price higher than its original price, unless accompanied with artwork of the appropriate value.If you do sell/trade the adopt, you don't have to tell me who the new adopt owner is, but it's appreciated. It'd be nice if you have a toyhouse, so it's easier to keep track of them (´ ∀ ` *) My toyhouse is Quadreye (link below)Crediting
Feel free to share the design in other places. Credit isn't mandatory but is appreciated. If you repost the original artwork, please credit me by the name Quadreye.I have the rights to post my adopts anywhere as portfolio. Of course, if it's already sold, I'll be saying who it belongs to or at least state that it is already sold.Licensing
